I hope you'll go read it [please], and comment!! For those of you who still don't know, BlogHer is the world's largest community for women who blog.
A BlogHer How-To Manual For Getting the Best Help for Postpartum Depression and Anxiety
How do you comment on Blogher? I can't figure it out…Grrr.
I thought that I was going crazy when I first started developing symptoms of PPD. I was terrified to say anything to anyone about it because I had no idea what was going on with me. I went online and not only did I find answers from your wonderful blog Katherine, I found some amazing help through the Online PPD Support Group community forums http://postpartumdepression.yuku.com/ . The support that I recieved there is nothing short of phenomenal.
If you have PPD and are afraid to seek help, this is a forum that is free and annonymous…but I really do encourage you to seek help from a medical professional. Don't be afraid to!!! You don't have to feel this way!!!!
You have to be a member first (just register — it's free) before you can comment on BlogHer.
