Emergency. I just heard from a reader who said the "Get Help" drop-down box in the nav bar (across the top of the blog) is not working for her. I tried it and it worked for me, but it's not working for her. Needless to say, the Get Help section of Postpartum Progress is pretty crucial. I need you guys to try it and let me know if you have a problem as well.
If there is a problem, of course, I have no idea whatsoever how to fix it. But let me try not to project my anxiety too far forward …
It's fine. I'm using Firefox version whatever updated yesterday. Aren't I so tech savvy?
I tried it in Safari, Google Chrome, IE and Firefox and it worked fine for me as well. In such instances it's usually a problem on the user's end – she probably needs to just switch browsers or update her current browser to its newest version, she might be using an older version. Beyond that, I'm really not sure.

won't work for me. The other drop downs I tried do work. Internet explorer. I'm a computer know-nothing so can't tell you any more specifics.
It works for me in Explorer 8… my guess is that instead of scrolling through the menu and clicking there she is just clicking the "Get Help Here" text which doesn't do anything. (Right?)

Working for me and I am running Firefox. It may be something they have blocked or turned off on their browser (like is it Flash based or Java or something?). They may need to check the security settings.

At home, using Firefox and IE, it works fine for me. On my work computer, with IE, it does not work. It looks like it has to do with some sort of security blocking it.
