You’ve got this!
It is what it is. And, if it’s meant to be it’ll be.
I am healthy, Bleased and at peace
When I am running I tend to think, “When times get hard, I get tougher”. Just reminds me that I have been through worse and a little struggle while running can be overcome.
I say “I am enough” to myself often. I always feel I need to be doing more but really I am enough.
Every day is a struggle, but I take it one step at a time.
Mine is: Be kind, for everyone is fighting a hard battle. 🙂
“and through the darkness I see the light that is me”
This is my saying.
This reminds me that no matter how deep I fall it’s within me to stay bright. I relate this to just keeping Faith in myself and a higher power.
“Everything will work out the way its supposed to in the long run”, its something my mom used to say and it has always brought me comfort and rang true during tough times
love them – thanks!
I actually have two: “This too shall pass” (thanks to my Grandma!) and “Lead with love”… Erica Meyer eameyer28@gmail.com
Smile smile smile
This too shall pass.
I’m not sure I really have a mantra. Maybe the closest is “it is what it is”. I love these bracelets. May just have to order a “be brave”. Thanks!
My motto when having a bad day or moment is “this too shall pass.” Saying this to myself reminds me of how far I have come since my days of PPD.
I am strong and I am beautiful.
“I am safe” is what I use the most. 🙂
Breathe. I really want this tattooed on my wrist after xmas!
Deep breaths and one moment at a time
Be kind to yourself.
Mine is:
What’s meant to be, will be.
Light a candle, for each good thing that happens in your day, and soon their glow will lead you to a brighter place!
I repeat “you have gotten through this before, you will get through this now”
Love these
You can do it!
“Write it on your heart that every day is the best day in the year.”
or
“There’s some good in this world…and it’s worth fighting for.”
My grandmother used to end every phone conversation by saying “Remember who you are.” She used it as advice for everything from drinking too much to marriage, so I say it to myself often 🙂
I will believe the truth about myself no matter how beautiful it is.
(Probably too long for a bracelet, but I say this to myself all the time)
Breathe… And Think Longterm. Also, I tend to say to myself “What would Stern (my therapist) say?” All help me.
Wow a mantra band would be so awesome to win! Thanks for all the hard work you do in raising awareness and supporting women! I know you helped me in my time of need
There are so many to choose from. But the one I use the most is
When times get tough, the tough keep going!
“Breathe”
“This will pass”
“Tomorrow is another day”
“Try again tomorrow”
I could use one of these on my wrist as a constant reminder!
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Phil 4:13
Emilyrosemassey@gmail.com
I get through everyday by just continuing to tell myself to never stop believing that things are going to be OK!
I believe in me
One step at a time
I love this idea, thanks for the giveaway!
From Finding Nemo — I tell myself “just keep swimming” 🙂 It’s helpful encouragement to keep going despite whatever I’m encountering along the way!
Bad moments don’t make bad mother. Dee Gemme – dee_gemme@outlook.com
You’ve made it through much worse…you can make it through this!
Be yourself!
I am safe, I am enough. I can do this.
.”This too shall pass”.
Everything will be ok.
I really love “Breathe, You are enough.” I also recently heard ” You are wanted.” I chose to have my children and this is a season in my life where I raise these lovely humans. It definitely is tough, but I wouldn’t trade my beautiful babies for nothing! There are women right in my city who would give anything for this.
Would love to win one!
“KBO” (Keep Buggering On) which was also a favourite of Winston Churchill. I have this as a tattoo on my wrist to remind me! I also like “this too shall pass”. The two work well together 🙂
I can survive the next 60 seconds!
My most recent is “it’s universal business, not my business” when things get tough and don’t go the way I think. The other I use is SEP, someone elses problem.
Stop trying so hard.
Gorgeous!
It always works out … so stop pushing!
Do your best and forget the rest.
I am meant to be here.
I am brave, courageous, & enough.
I am loved.
I am enough. It’s always a struggle to “measure up”. Sometimes I have to remind myself that’s not necessary.
Just Breathe…
Choose joy.
You will always face hardships & difficult moments, but if you focus on joy, it helps.
He is with you.
“Choose Joy” always!
Audentia. It means “courage” in Latin. To remind me that I can keep pushing onward.
“i love myself. i love who i am. i love who i’ve been and who i am becoming.” – part of my many mantras
Always believe something wonderful is about to happen.
Dona Nobis Pacem – which means “Grant us peace,” also a very beautiful song I sang in choir many years ago
Follow your heart.
Mine is “It may get easier, but I will never get BETTER than this”.. On everyday life with littles.
Be anxious for nothing
My tough time mantra is borrowed from Deva Premal’s Mantras for Precarious Times – Om Gum Ganapatayei Namaha – a mantra to Ganesha for the removing of obstacles.
I always tell myself “deep roots are not reached my the frost”. No matter how hard times may be, they’re just fleeting moments in the grand scheme of things and you can’t let them seep in too deep.
Everything happens for a reason & Everything will be ok in the end, if it’s not ok it’s not the end.
I always say “fake it till you make it.” What helps me get through the tough times is slapping that smile on my face anyway, and knowing that there I will “make it” through this.
Serenity now
Nice..
