Here's some cool news! Postpartum Progress is a finalist in the Scholastic Parent & Child magazine Parent Blogger Awards. I was really surprised when I found out on Friday because this blog didn't really fit in any of their categories. (Humor? Crafts & Cooking?) As Lauren Hale pointed out to me, it's hard to fit us PPD ladies into any categories, isn't it?
Anyway, we are in the Special Needs category. AndI hope you'll vote! Just a quick click and you're done. (You can only vote once, and voting ends June 4.) Let's continue to raise the profile of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. We cannot be ignored!!
Oh, and it's nice to be a finalist in a program coming from such a wonderful outlet as Parent & Child. Thanks to whichever one of you nominated Postpartum Progress!
So psyched for you, Katherine! Just blasted a big e-mail encouraging folks to vote for Postpartum Progress. Fingers crossed!
Great awareness! It's a nice magazine too. I voted!
I love this article. There aren’t many posts that explain the subject matter.
I was so pleased to see you on the blogger award list as I've been following along on twitter. You've got my vote! Congrats and good luck! 🙂
