Thanks everyone for the input last week on the Get Help drop-down box. It seems that it works for everyone (Safari, Firefox, Google Chrome, Palm OS) except people who are using Internet Explorer 7. I use IE8 — I'm hoping those of you who have IE7 can upgrade, because I'm completely incapable of figuring out how to make it work for you. How's that for customer service?! :>)
