The Suffolk County (New York) Office of Women's Services will host "Pregnancy & Postpartum Depression: More Than Just the Baby Blues" on Tuesday, May 4th from 5 to 8pm at the H. Lee Dennison Building in Haupauge. One of the featured speakers is Carol Blocker, mother of the late Melanie Blocker Stokes for whom the MOTHERS Act was named. The event is presented in partnership with the Postpartum Resource Center of New York, the Suffolk County Women's Advisory Commission and the Suffolk Perinatal Coalition.
