I’ve heard from several of you about adding Warrior Mom survivor badges to your blog or website. You want to shout to the rooftops that you made it through postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety or a related illness and I can certainly understand why! For some reason, several of the badges weren’t working. I finally got a chance to go in and fix them this morning, so they’re working again. Whew!
Visit our Badges of Courage page to get yours! And in the future, if you’re looking for them, go to the navigation menu and find them under Survival Tools.
We have badges for those who have survived postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, postpartum OCD, postpartum PTSD, postpartum psychosis, antenatal depression, and even one for the mamas who haven’t quite made it to the end yet but are in the midst of surviving. When you add them to your site, you help inspire others who may be suffering!
Thank you so much, Katherine. This community you have built is amazing, and I am proud to wear my badge to promote your site via my blog. Keep on doing what you're doing, it is appreciated more than you know.
Glad you like it! 😉

I love this! I copied and pasted the PPA badge for my personal blog in a blog post, but I can't get the html to work to add the button to my sidebar :((
Also, do you have a button that links to your site that doesn't say "I survived…"? I would love to put that on our birth advocacy site Mothers of Change.
Awesome idea! I linked it up so others could find it too.
I really loved your recent series on when survivors of PPD have more children, I kept meaning to leave a comment to say thank you. It was so great! I have 4 kids; the first three I had varying levels of PPA; the second and third bad enough for me to look for help. My second child I got no useful help and muddled through despite a counsellor and being really very desperate. My third child it was horrific and I finally found a group that focused on CBT and my life changed.
My fourth baby was born one year ago and I feel so amazed to experience a first year with no PPA or PPD or PPOCD! It IS possible and it has been miraculous.
Anyways, I really enjoyed that series and wanted to say (belated) thanks. =)
Melissa,
Let me see what I can do to get some other badges made. And so glad you liked the series on survivors having more children!

I've actually been thinking of getting a tattoo of the logo on my ankle, as a reminder to myself. Don't know if I'll actually go through with it (never gotten a tattoo in my life!) but it just really inspires me.
If you get a tattoo you MUST send me a pic!!!!!

Thank you Katherine, you just made my day.
