Blurbomat: Husband Describes How To Live with Wife with Depression

by Katherine Stone | 0 comments

Jon, the husband of Dooce’s Heather Armstrong (for those of you who don’t follow the blogosphere, Dooce is a VERY successful and popular blog), wrote a piece about living with someone who has depression. I think his comments would be helpful to men who are trying to figure out how to be supportive and care for their own selves when they have wives or partners with PPD. I recommend reading it!

Thanks to Therese at Beyond Blue for pointing me toward this.
