Katherine, thank you so so much! The main reason why I sought out help was because of my son. I didnt get help because of the insomnia…or the non stop thoughts…or because I was terrified to leave my house…or because the anger made me break things…or for feeling crazy…the panic attacks…paranoia…derealization… I got help because I struggled with bonding terribly and wanted to feel love for him. It was because of him and he is SO WORTH all of it.
