Postpartum Support International has now released a new version of its wonderful DVD on postpartum depression for Spanish speakers.
Called “Madre Saludable, Familia Feliz: Entendiendo los trastonornos de animo y ansiedad durante el embarazo y el postpartum”, the DVD shares the experiences of four Spanish-speaking mothers with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, as well as information from experts. To order it click here.
