I'm kind of really proud of this, and I'm really hoping you'll read it and comment over at ParentDish.
I think it pertains a lot to postpartum depression and anxiety, and antenatal depression and anxiety. Not wanting to talk to people about it. Not wanting to reach out for help. Not wanting to take medication or go to therapy or whatever is needed to get better. Not wanting to accept having a mental illness. I know how that feels. I've been there. But you need to do those things anyway.
